Located on our family farm in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania, just minutes from the PA Turnpike exit 91, our shop is dedicated to providing premium quality meats because we understand the growing desire for consumers to know where and how their food was raised and processed.

Our beef is dry aged for incredible, all- natural tenderness and flavor, minimally processed, and vacuum sealed for ultimate freshness and freezer life.

We believe in buying and selling local, so in addition to meats, we also carry locally made items, such as: Pennsylvania Pure Maple Syrup from Duck’s Maple Farm, Razz’s Shagbark Hickory Syrups in 7 flavors, Scamp’s Toffee Candy & Sauce,  local honey, seasonings, sauces, cooking tools, and locally hand-crafted items and custom gift baskets!
